Delete your CricketTech account

How to delete your CricketTech app account and the data stored with it.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the CricketTech app and go to Club → Account.
  2. Tap Delete my account and confirm. You'll be asked to sign in once more, or type your password.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email crickettechsa@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email address, name, user ID and sign-in method.
  • Your consent record and your news email choice.
  • Your interest form (products, country, club, role and message).

Nothing is kept afterwards. Copies can take up to 30 days to leave Google's own backups.

What isn't affected

Matches, players, clips and readings are stored only on your phone, not in your account. Remove them with Club → Delete all my data in the app, or by uninstalling the app. You can also just remove your interest form, or stop news emails, under Club → Account without deleting the account.
